NORTH EXPRESS SHUTTLE LTD - Travel Guidelines
Ticket Booking Rules
- Advance Booking: Tickets can be booked up to 30 days in advance
- Payment: Full payment required at the time of booking via M-Pesa
- Confirmation: You will receive an SMS confirmation with your ticket details
- Check-in: Arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure
- Identification: Valid ID required at boarding time
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before departure
- Refunds: 80% refund for cancellations made 2+ hours before departure
- No-Show: No refund for missed trips without prior cancellation
Parcel Booking Rules
- Weight Limit: Maximum 50kg per parcel
- Packaging: Sender responsible for proper packaging
- Prohibited Items: No explosives, illegal substances, or perishable goods
- Declaration: Accurate description and value declaration required
- Insurance: Optional insurance available for high-value items
- Collection: Parcels must be collected within 7 days of arrival
- Liability: Company liable only for declared value up to KSh 50,000
- Storage: Storage fees apply after 7 days (KSh 100/day)
General Terms & Conditions
- 1. Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely through M-Pesa STK Push
- 2. Personal Information: Your data is protected and used only for booking purposes
- 3. Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify schedules due to circumstances beyond our control
- 4. Liability: Company not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or government restrictions
- 5. Passenger Conduct: Disruptive passengers may be denied boarding without refund
- 6. Lost & Found: Report lost items within 24 hours
